I am a graduate of The College at Southeastern, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus on English Literature, Creative Writing, History, and English as a Second Language (ESL). After graduation, I had the incredible opportunity to teach ESL in China for four years, working with students of all ages in both one-on-one and large classroom settings.

Upon returning to the U.S., I transitioned into the insurance industry, where I worked as a Claims Support Representative and an Auto Adjuster/Appraiser. I also earned my AIC and AINS designations, along with my North Carolina Adjuster License.

My passion lies in combining my background in education with my hands-on experience in the insurance field. I believe in creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment that helps students build confidence, master complex concepts, and ultimately succeed in obtaining their Insurance License. I'm committed to helping learners unlock their potential and take the next step in their professional journey.
