Certified Tutor

I am a graduate at National Louis University with a bachelor's degree in Business. I am now working towards a masters degree in early childhood education. I am an afterschool teacher at a Pre-K to 8 school, and loving every second of it! Helping kids learn is one of the biggest joys of my life. I believe very child has a right to receiving great education. It is important to know that everyone learns in different ways and at different speeds. It is important that there are resources for people to learn the way that is best for them. I believe that learning should be fun and comfortable. My favorite subjects to tutor are elementary math from grades pre-k to 5, English/reading, writing, phonics, and spelling. I am available to tutor all of those subjects and I have past experience tutoring in them as well. But outside of work and school, I enjoy going on walks with my dog, doing puzzles and building legos, and cooking and baking for my loved ones.
