Since graduating with a PhD in English from Emory University, I've had the pleasure of working with students nationally and internationally, teaching American Literature to Pre-med students in China; College Writing to U.S. soldiers stationed abroad; and both Literature and Writing to university students in the American South, West, Midwest, and New England. Whether in groups or one-on-one, the best thing about tutoring is that we're all on the same team working collaboratively to achieve the same goal. Our shared purpose is your academic success, and because academic success can open so many doors, your achievements throughout life. It is extremely satisfying to accompany students along their way to realizing this potential. Though Writing and Literature are my specialties, I am well-versed in Philosophy, Theater, and Psychology at the high school and undergraduate levels.
