I'm a recent Ph.D. graduate in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, with a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Mexico. Over the years, I regularly served as a teaching assistant and private tutor, giving me the chance to tutor students of all levels, from high school to college. I teach a wide variety of STEM subjects including chemistry, math, physics, and biology, and have worked with students in large classrooms, small group settings, and one-on-one to help them succeed.

I'm especially passionate about chemistry, math, and technical writing because I find them to be fun puzzles. My educational background and hands-on training in biomedical research experience help me bring real-world examples to even the most abstract concepts, making learning more relatable.

When I’m not binge-watching movies with my dog, I love finding cozy cafes and hunting for unique trinkets at thrift shops. Right now, I’m re-learning how to play piano and enjoy taking breaks with jigsaw puzzles or relaxing on my 5-star island in Animal Crossing on my Nintendo Switch. I always look forward to finding joy in the little things, just like I do when helping students learn and discover new strengths!
