I am a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I obtained my Master of Science in Biomedical Science and Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, along with a minor in Chemistry. I spent 3 years as a tutor and supplemental instruction leader covering a variety of biology and chemistry courses. It may come as no surprise, then, that I have a fervent passion for teaching in these fields. I enjoy teaching biology and chemistry because it allows us to understand how the world around us works. In doing so, it drives our ability to make the world a better place and make medical and technological advancements. I firmly believe in education, as it allows people to realize their fullest potential, discover their passions, and appreciate the relevance of their studies to everyday life. In my free time, I love to travel, run, cook, and play video games.
