Hi there! My name is Ms. Akpan, but my students like to call me Ms. Ait's shorter, snappier, and a lot easier to remember. As a passionate math tutor for middle schoolers, I've spent over six rewarding years working with children, helping them tackle challenges, celebrate victories, and discover the joy of learning.
Teaching math has shown me how to connect complex concepts to everyday life, turning frustration into "aha!" moments. Whether it's breaking down fractions or building up confidence, I believe every student can thrive with the right guidance and encouragement.
Looking ahead, my goal is to continue making a meaningful impact in the lives of children. I'm excited about opportunities to help the next generation grow academically and as curious and capable individuals.
