Certified Tutor

I am a mother of six and have over 10 years of experience teaching children in a 1 on 1 setting. I hold a Bachelor's Degree of Social Work from Ball State University in Muncie, IN and am a Licensed Social Worker. I worked for years with adults and children with special needs/developmental disabilities and serious, chronic mental illness. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about working with adults or children with developmental disabilities/mental illness, as well as younger children. I really enjoy the challenge of finding a new way to help someone understand concepts or material. In my spare time, I enjoy Middle Eastern Dance, Singing, Theatre, Cooking, and Gardening. I'm excited to meet you and help you or your child learn!
