In addition to my professional experience, I've dedicated years to understanding effective leadership and personal growth, culminating in two books: My XYZs of Excellence 26 Days to Excellence in Business, Leadership, and Life and my recent release, Building Good Kids: A Modern Parents' Guide Using the Scout Law as a Compass to Guide Our Children's Character.
