I graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a BSc in Biochemistry, where I immersed myself in impactful research projects such as catalytic nanoparticle synthesis for industrial applications, microglia morphological analysis after traumatic brain injuries, and a published examining cardiovascular parameters in a clinical trial comparing breathing methods during exercise. These experiences have honed my analytical skills and deepened my passion for science. As a general chemistry teaching assistant and mentor for transfer students, I developed a collaborative, supportive tutoring style focused on helping students build confidence. General chemistry is my favorite subject to tutor, as I believe it provides the essential foundation for success across all natural sciences. I'm passionate about helping students tackle challenging subjects, knowing that a strong scientific foundation not only fuels academic achievement but also opens doors to exciting career opportunities. Outside of academia, I enjoy paddleboarding, playing pickleball, hiking, and walking my dog.
