Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of both Union College and Duke University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies along with a minor in Political Science from Union College, then completed a Master of Arts in Religious Studies at Duke University. I took a gap year in-between those programs to assistant teach and tutor for a full year in Brockton, MA. Here I worked with many grades across subjects, but always carried a passion for English and writing. While I have tutored a broad range of subjects, I am remain most passionate about English Literature and Language. I strongly believe that each student has a right to succeed and that each teacher should find ways to cater their instruction style to the needs of their students, taking time to learn how each student learns best. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing video games, playing disc golf, and taking some time to be outside.
