Hello! I just finished up my sixth year of teaching high school English (9th and 11th) and coaching Strength and Conditioning and Essay Writing. I was an undergraduate Peer Tutor in the Writing Center for three years at Cornell College, where I earned my Bachelor's in English Literature and Secondary Education while running on the Track and Field team.

There's so much I love about writing and finding clarity in communication, and I love spreading the joy with which I view grammatical theory.

I'd be happy to work with you on Reading Fundamentals, Writing Clarity, Essay-Writing Strategy, English Language Exams (and Standardized Tests), College Essay/ Personal Narrative Construction, or anything else to do with language and literature!

I'm big on trying new things. Can that be a hobby? I spend my Saturdays trying out new sports and finding new places to hike and run. I love eating new foods and learning about different ways of life. I think my big interest is making sure I live my life to the fullest.
