I have been so fortunate to have my skills and career shaped by many great mentors that have taken the time to break down difficult concepts in EMS and give lasting lessons that have made me a more effective medical provider and instructor. Giving that back to students is something that I am passionate about. Finding the root of problems and learning how to prioritize learning as an EMT and Paramedic student is incredibly difficult. You already know how fast faced and overwhelming the school and flow of information can be. Over 10 years of Fire/EMS, I have helped many students as a preceptor and instructor in the classroom and on the streets. Seeing their progression and success if satisfying and I hope that my love for this field is always evident in how I teach and I enjoy sharing my experiences just as my mentors that have done for me. I am a firefighter and nationally registered Paramedic with an A.A.S. in Paramedicine with over 10 years of experience. I have worked in busy metropolitan ambulance systems, structure fire systems, and overseas in tactical paramedic roles. I also have wildland fire experience, having completed two fire seasons on a Region 5 hotshot crew. Thank you for reading and I hope to be able to help you accomplish your goals!
