I enjoy teaching and tutoring students in creative writing, essay/expository writing, English language and literature, GED preparation, and more. I've taught and tutored writing, math, English, and drama at the middle school, high school, community college, and university levels. I graduated from University of Michigan (Go Blue!) with a BA in English and Drama, as well as, a MA in Education. I also completed an MFA in Creative Writing (fiction) from Hamline University. I'm a published author of three children's books, humorous essays for adults, a parenting blog, and I'm currently a Bookstagrammer and reviewer of Young Adult, Fantasy, and Romance novels. I love reading, watching movies, going to the beach, and hanging out with family and friends.
