Certified Tutor

I received my Bachelor's degree from The College of New Jersey, where I majored in history and got a dual minor in Creative Writing and United States Studies. I received my Masters in history from Villanova University. In that, I concentrated in eighteenth and nineteenth-century United States.

I can help tutor in United States history, specifically eighteenth-century (1700s) and nineteenth-century (1800s) history. I can also assist in academic writing and creative and fiction writing, as well as English American and British Literature. My specialty however is in United States History. I am comfortable with tutoring at any academic level; Elementary, Middle, and High School. College, Graduate School, and Adult Learners.

I believe everyone has it in them to succeed and I will not give up when things get difficult. It is my goal to help students not only achieve success but to enjoy themselves while they get there. I am passionate about sharing my love for history with others and seek to illustrate that history is not a dead thing, that it is far more than names and dates in a textbook. I strive to share how history is still alive and how the stories that encompass it can be inspiring, and everyone can see themself. or someone they can relate to within it.
