Teaching children is my passion and joy. I have an associates degree in Early Childhood Education and was a PreK lead teacher for 9 years at a Step Up To Quality School. I am now a stepmom of 2 beautiful daughters that are 8 and 10 and a dog mom of an almost 1 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. The subject I tutor is Kindergarten Readiness. I have such a passion for preparing children for kindergarten and truly believe that children learn best through play. Because of that, I often use games, puzzles, and songs during my sessions to work on skills such as letter recognition and one to one counting.
