I am a fourth year medical student at Texas A&M School of Medicine. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University. I will be attending residency to specialize in pediatrics next year. have done extensive coursework in basic sciences including biology, physics, chemistry, organic chemistry biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, and psychology.
I have significant experience tutoring at the high school and college levels
I consider it a goal of mine to empower students to take ownership of their own skills in terms of organization, preparation, and test taking.
My main focuses are in test preparation for SAT, ACT, GRE, MCAT, Step 1 and Step 2 board exam prep, essay editing, and career advising.
I regularly help translate highschool and college level curriculum to be more easily understandable and tied into board preparation and clinical application.
I have recently taken the MCAT and Step 1/Step 2 exams so I have experience teaching the new content on these standardized tests.

-I enjoy volunteering with a group called Kinetic Kids, an organization that has the goal of enriching the lives of disadvantaged children through sports, fine arts, and educational programs so that they can achieve new possibilities previously unimaginable. -I teach ultimate frisbee, a team sport that mixes elements of football, basketball, and soccer substituting the ball with a flying disc. -I also help set up events regularly for students to participate in diverse activities such as watercolor and acrylic painting.
