I am a simple farm girl from Idaho who had a dream to be a teacher. I always remember envying my teachers and the responsibility they had to teach wonderful topics to students. I did attend college but took a break to start a family with a wonderful mountain man. We have two grown adult daughters and two amazing high school sons. In 2003 I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a BA in Writing/English/Literature. Shortly after graduating, I entered the graduate program at Northwest Nazarene University, majoring in pastoral ministry. On May 8, 2021, I graduated Northwest Nazarene University with a master's degree in Pastoral Ministry. After completing my degree, I joined the staff at Petra Christian Academy. I currently am the principal and head teacher at Petra.
