I received my education through both on-campus and online platforms leading to my degree, certifications and licensure registration while mentoring throughout each step of my +20-year career.
My philosophy in providing education is to establish open and honest communication with clear and concise goals that are then combined with routine evaluation and assessment of progress. In my experience, the idea of "see one, do one, teach one" has had profound results not only in ensuring that my job has been done in providing the necessary material but that there is accurate retention and practical application of that material.

My interests, first and foremost, begin with lifelong education. I try to spend my time learning and evolving and helping others to do the same, and I hope that never changes. From life in a small town with agriculture, farming and ranching to life in the big city, I have enjoyed each and every type of lifestyle that I have been fortunate enough to experience because each has had something unique to offer. My free time is spent with my family.
