I am a graduate of New Mexico State University and received my bachelor's of science in Biology and Microbiology with minors in Chemistry and Molecular Biology. My passion for education and teaching has been with me as far as I can remember, and it is my hope that every student I tutor has the same passion for learning as I do. I am most passionate about science and math. I always make it a priority to ensure that students are not only learning but enjoying the material that they are learning.
I worked as a tutor, substitute teacher, and a middle school teacher in both California and New Mexico so I have experience and am familiar with all middle school subjects, but I am comfortable in various elementary and high school subjects as well. I have worked with many children and adults with ASD before.

I mostly enjoy cooking, gardening, and playing video games, but I am always open to trying new things. I love traveling and learning about new cultures. I also enjoy listening to and making music and spending time with friends and family.
