I love teaching and taught in the classroom for nine years. Second grade was where I spent most of my time but I did also work with reading and math intervention in first and third grade. After getting my master's degree I moved out of the classroom to write math curriculum and design digital learning activities for a large ed tech company. I enjoy what I do but I miss working with students. Tutoring gives me the opportunity to still do what I love and help students get a solid education.

I enjoy teaching. I like to golf and kayak. I enjoy spending time with my cats and reading. Traveling is one my favorite hobbies. My favorite thing is making a positive impact in the lives of the people I meet.
