I am passionate about helping students because I believe in philosophy of paying it forward. I benefited from being helped in my studies by talented teachers, tutors, and mentors. And, with their help, I was able to build a successful legal career. Now it is my turn to help. In fact, my legal training, education, and work experience, can serve a solid foundation to help students to achieve their goals as well. I have experience in interacting with student one-one-one, classroom settings, and through the internet. I feel comfortable doing training and teaching both in-person and in on-line setting (via zoom or in email).

Besides enjoying teaching and tutoring, I have the necessary education to do that. I have a BA in Political Science form California State University, Northridge, and a law degree from University of Maryland (I am a practicing lawyer). I like teaching history, government theory, and political science. I also enjoy helping students with their writing skills. I have been working as an essay grader for bar review courses for some time and have helped many students to prepare for the written portion of their bar exams.

I believe that teaching is an art of helping students to find their strengths. A student can be successful only if he/she/they believe that they can do well. So, self-confidence coupled with learned knowledge usually produces success. The three pillars of self-confidence and, ultimately, successful passing of any exam are discipline, focus, and review of the covered material. My job as to help the students to master these skills and, once mastered, the rest falls into place.
