Certified Tutor

I am a California University of Pennsylvania graduate, where I received my Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with specializations in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. I am currently finishing my Ph.D. in Health and Human Performance from Concordia University-Chicago. I have an extensive background in education and the field of exercise science, working with individuals of varying ages and abilities. I believe that each person should be provided the opportunity to further their education and do that in a way that speaks to their learning style. In addition to teaching, I am fortunate enough to have earned multiple exercise certifications from NASM and a mindfulness/meditation certification that is useful across disciplines and lifestyles. I am passionate about helping others and look forward to the opportunity to be an educator for those who seek additional help.
