Thanks for learning about me and consider having me as your math tutor. I bring over 10 years of teaching and tutor experience in public school settings and online settings. I received my B.S. in Secondary Education in Mathematics from North Eastern Illinois University and my M.B. from Chicago State University with a General Admin Leadership Education.
I started my teaching career as a high school math teacher, then quickly was promoted to be a math instructional coach; finally, I ended my public school education career as a high school Assistant Principal in 2014. I started my own tutoring and coaching business after walking away from my AP position till 2019. For the last 3 years, I have been partnering myself with an online education company and serving as an online math instructor, and now I am an Instructional Quality Coordinator with the company.
I absolutely love teaching, my best moment is when I am able to guide students to see those light bulb moments.
