I've known since I was in kindergarten that I want to be a teacher and have been teaching for over 20 years! I have a bachelor's degree in education, a master's in Curriculum and Instruction, and recently earned my ESL endorsement.
I enjoy tutoring students at the elementary level and strive to make each child feel confident as they learn. I have been tutoring for the last three years and recently started tutoring online. Since I spent over a year teaching first grade online during the pandemic, I have a wide range of strategies to get kids involved and learning.

I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters, ages 17 and 21, and our dog. In my free time I like to exercise, read and eat chocolate desserts!
