I am a graduate of The University of Montana. I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual arts with a focus on art therapy and theater.
Since graduating I have extensively taught ESL classes as well as art therapy both in the classroom online settings.
While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about English, Art therapy, and Science.
I have worked with a wide age range of students .
I have a background in the performing arts. I use these skills to make learning English fun and entertaining while still being educational.
It is my job as a teacher and tutor to keep your child engaged in their lessons and encourage a high level of participation.
I use my experience as a mother and Special education teacher to be patient and understanding of each students different needs. I strive to connect with each student and incorporate their interests.

I have a wide variety of interests. I would have to say Dogs are number one. I love anything dog related. I am a Dog/Cat CPR/First aid instructor. I have a wonderful dog I recently rescued from a shelter named Walnut. He's a goofball for sure! I love doing abstract art! I have been doing this for years and occasionally have art shows. I adore teaching art to kids. My dog will learn to make art too! Shh he doesn't know this yet :) Hiking and camping are a wonderful past time of mine as well. I live around mountains and rivers so there is plenty of opportunity!
