I am a graduate of Capella University where I earned my DrPH with a specialization in epidemiology. I also earned my MPH with a concentration in epidemiology from Kaplan University. I have a Bachelors of Science in biology with a minor in psychology from Shippensburg University. While earning my DrPH, I was the Supplemental Instruction Leader for Principles of Biostatistics in the MPH program at Capella University for 3 years. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy watching my daughter play in goal for her field hockey team at the University of Florida as I am able and enjoy watching ice hockey and football. I also love taking care of my succulents and my boyfriend and I love to travel.
