I graduated from Villanova University (2017) with my B.S. in Psychology concentrated in Cognitive Science, and a minor in History. I earned a Master's degree in Clinical Psychological Science at the University of Maryland (2018). I would like to share my reading, writing, and critical thinking skills with you!

I have worked as a Laboratory Instructor for a Cognitive Psychology upper-level undergraduate course at UMD. Within that course, I helped design experiments for my students, edited their APA-style lab reports, and guided them through their own experiments (resulting in IRB-approved, publishable manuscripts). I have also worked as a 1:1 teaching assistant for children with special needs, ranging from preschool to high school aged.

My graduate level coursework was very writing and reading intensive, but my years spent in high school and college also earned me the reputation of a skilled proofreader and writer. In high school, I was inducted into English Honors Society and National Honor Society, in addition to earning high marks in all honors and AP-level classes.

I also have extensive performing arts experience, and those public speaking skills easily translate to the classroom. My five seasons spent performing Shakespeare helped develop my public speaking and presentation skills, in addition to offering me the opportunity to delve into the history, politics, literature, and culture of Elizabethan England.
