I am a undergraduate student at New York University majoring in Biology and double minoring in the Chinese language and Psychology. I love to volunteer and serve the community, leading me to work three summers as an Americorp VISTA Summer Associate, volunteer as an A+ tutor for a Family and Consumer Sciences class, volunteer as a Freshman Mentor for students in the Special Education class, and found a Korean Culture Club where I taught other students about Korean culture and language. I believe myself to be an empathetic person that tries to genuinely help my students enjoy what they are learning.
