I graduated UCLA where I received my BA in history and public policy. I am currently a grad student at the University of Arizona where I plan to get my master's degree in rehabilitation and mental health counseling next spring. I have always enjoyed teaching and shared that gift with a variety of age groups from Pre-K all the way up to young adult. I have experience with many different subjects from academia core including history, math, writing, and reading comprehension. I also have specialty experience such as singing/voice, performing arts. life skills, employment readiness training and advocacy skills. I have worked with students for 9 years and my teaching philosophy is that everyone can get better at anything with patience, practice, determination and a bit of self-forgiveness.
