Certified Tutor

I'm a graduate of Wesleyan University, Tufts University School of Medicine, the Massachusetts School of Law. Since law school, my focus has been on mediation and am certified in family, divorce and general mediation. My focus throughout my life has been on music and education. I have extensive experience with public speaking and writing. I've written blogs, a book and many articles that have appeared in magazines and professional journals. I've also done public media work and been on the radio and TV. Some of the highlights of my career has been to use these experiences to help kids in need and help other people learn to write and communicate in a way to help other families and kids in need, too. For music, I've been playing the saxophone since elementary school. I love finding new ways to be creative and have conducted jazz ensembles in college as well as a musical. I've written music and love helping other students learn music theory. My true passion is in helping people learn to play the saxophone. I play in concert bands in Massachusetts and love finding ways to continue to help new players continue to learn. In fact, I still call my old teachers to help me when I want to grow more and am currently learning a new instrument the classical guitar. The wonderful adventure of music is there is always a new challenge. I can't wait to help you find your goals whether it be writing, public speaking or music. I've spent my life diving into those areas and look forward to helping you dive into those oceans and explore those areas with you.
