I'm a recent graduate of Saint Louis University (SLU) where I studied public health and biology, and I'll be starting medical school at SLU in the fall. I primarily tutor college-level courses in biology and chemistry, but can also tutor high school level courses and help students prepare for the MCAT. My favorite subject to tutor is organic chemistry because I find it fun like a puzzle.
As a tutor, I like to push students outside of their comfort zone and give them challenging practice problems to try, providing aid along the way but otherwise allowing the student to lead the session. I worked as a supplemental instructor (group tutor) in organic chemistry at SLU for 2 years and helped facilitate the chemistry labs there as well. I hope to help you learn soon!
