I am a current student at North Carolina State University working towards earning my undergraduate degree in business administration and psychology. I became a tutor because I am passionate about helping students gain confidence in themselves so that they may be able to apply the skills that they have learned from their time in tutoring. I feel that being confident in yourself and your abilities is very important in making strides both inside and outside the classroom. While your student may be struggling to believe in themselves, I will believe in them while pushing them to meet their academic goals. The best feeling as a student is seeing your hard work pay off and being able to look at yourself and say, "Hey! I did that!"

During my time as a tutor, I have tutored students ranging from elementary school to seniors in college. Furthermore, I have experience tutoring neurodivergent students and catering to specific learning styles and needs on an individual level.

While I tutor a wide variety of courses, I am most passionate about English and other humanities courses. The humanities allow for a different and more creative way of thinking. I would love the opportunity to help your student achieve their goals and gain confidence in themselves, all while a little bit of creative fun.
