Whether I am teaching a course on interpersonal communications or helping a student understand comma splices to pass the ACT, I love what I am doing. For as long as I can remember, teaching has been my passion. I always loved learning which is why I earned my undergraduate degree in English from the University of Southern Indiana then returned to earn two graduate degrees: one in Liberal Studies and the other in Communication. Sharing what I had learned with others was even better. I spent over 14 years teaching college courses on writing, critical thinking, public speaking, interpersonal communication, and even sociology so I have experience in a lot of academic areas.
