Certified Tutor

In my academic career, I have studied at Miami University, Boston University, and Ohio State University, where I am working on my Ph.D. in Education. I have degrees in both English Literature and English Education, and have taught at the high school and college level over the past 13 years. This combined experience has strengthened my performance as a tutor for students needing help with coursework or testing preparation.

Being a teacher is what defines me. For as long as I can remember, I have been driven by my passion for education, and nothing thrills me more than seeing the spark of understanding in my students. Put simply, I do not stop until I've found a way to explain the material in a way that truly makes sense for my students. There's always another way to apporach a topic, and I'm happy to try until we've found what works. I credit this for why I am fortunate enough to be a top-rated teacher in the top-ranked school in my state.
