I am a lifelong learner currently working towards educational equity for ALL children. Specifically, my work in the last 15 plus years has been grounded in teaching Math, developing beginning K-12 teachers, and support state teaching license requirements and testing support for incoming teachers. This includes but not limited to culturally relevant pedagogy, adult learning strategies, diversity, equity & inclusion, learner variability. I recently moved back home to CO from NC and my passion is my life's work serving students and families through supporting teacher leaders. It excites me to be able to continue working in alignment with my WHY and in my purpose.
