I have a strong passion and knack for literature and the written word. This is more than just a self-promotional claim. Over the course of my high school career, I collected over 23 international writing awards! Particularly relevant achievements include two Scholastic national gold medals for critical essays, the Scholastic American Voices Award, and publication in Scholastic's anthology, "Best Teen Writing of 2017." In short, you and your term papers are in good hands should you choose to work with me.

I have been tutoring students for six years; while I have taught everything from SAT test prep to Mandarin, I am especially passionate about helping others develop their communication skills.

I am always working on improving my own skills through my studies at Vanderbilt University, where I am pursuing a major in organizational behavior and three minors in business, film, and studio art. Prior to my matriculation at Vanderbilt, I studied at a small Quaker school in Washington, D.C. The school's emphasis on learning via discovery serves as the base model for my own tutoring method.
