Previous experience in tutoring Math and ESL/ELL. Worked abroad and here in the US. Majored in Biology at the University of Virginia. I am currently applying to the M.Ed. program at the University of Virginia, planning to become a certified public school science teacher.
I also tutor SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, Life Sciences, Biology and Math.
I do not necessarily have a favorite subject to tutor. All subjects are equally interesting and challenging. As a tutor, patience is key; I would say my favorite part of tutoring is being able to explain a concept in many different ways until the student understands.
