Certified Tutor

Hello, My name is Tracy. I will be elated to be your child's tutor. I am a certified license school teacher in the state of Mississippi. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary education, Master's degree and an English endorsement. I have taught Literature ,Reading, and English (Pre k-5th grade), Middle School Reading, Writing and English (6th -8th grade), and High school English (9th grade). I am also experienced to teach students who are gifted and attended Montessori schools.

I believe every student can be successful in any subject as long as they have the right tutor. I was honored by my principal for my classroom teaching style abilities, and I firmly believe I excelled as an effective teacher because my students remains engaged simply because they enjoy learning. I believe in finding a student's strength and using that strength to guide my lessons . My teaching style varies to suit my students preference and learning environment. My aim is for students to obtain knowledge through a range of multi-skill activities. I am always encouraging students to learn from their mistakes. I try to instill self belief as often as possible.
