I graduated from Macalester College in 2017 with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Political Science and Religious Studies. I also completed a minor in Environmental Studies. Since my graduation, I have worked extensively in education, mentoring high schoolers in school and life skills, teaching nutrition classes, leading after-school programs, and, most recently, teaching English and Math to Syrian refugees living in Lebanon. While I tutor in a wide range of topics, I am most interested in Writing, Social Sciences, and overall academic coaching. I am very passionate about making learning as accessible and engaging for every, unique student. Especially having worked with students from varying disadvantaged backgrounds, I have found significant success in turning education into a fun and relatable experience. I truly believe in the empowering role of education and try to foster this enthusiasm in my students. In my free time, I cook often, listen to many podcasts, knit, and spend time with my niece.
