When I was a freshman in high school, my science teacher kindled a spark I was unaware of, and lit the fire inside me that became a passion for biology. After taking his class, I began reading more scientific literature and watching science documentaries. I knew that I was going to get a degree in Biology. Even now, after having graduated college, I still think back on his class and how it shaped me. If I can help even one student realize a subject they maybe like is actually a subject they love, I will have succeeded as a tutor.
