I am a graduate of Johns Hopkins University where I received my my Master of Arts in Communication in 2015. Prior to completing grad school, I received a BA in English with an emphasis in English Literature and Creative Writing from Southwestern College in 2011.
I am currently an affiliate faculty member at Southwestern College where I have taught online public speaking and communication courses since 2017. In these courses, I help students go beyond passing the course. One of my priorities is to understand the career objectives of each learner, what they hope to do after they obtain their degree, and find specific ways to apply the course materials to their future dreams.
I am available to tutor high school and college level English, both writing and literature, as well as public speaking.

I enjoy being active! I like to run, take spin classes and go to Zumba. To fuel my creativity, I enjoy crafting and have been teaching myself how to crochet. I also enjoy cooking and my family often will cook together in the kitchen on the weekends!
