I have been teaching middle school math and science for ten years. After graduating from Rutgers University, I developed a passion for helping students understand difficult concepts in engaging new ways. I obtained my master's degree in education as well as an additional masters degree in science education.

Over my ten years of teaching math and science, my students have scored exceptionally well on our state assessment. Many students that were several grade levels behind their peers caught up to their grade-appropriate level while under my care. I am a passionate and enthusiastic educator and I would like to help all children succeed academically!

I have taught middle school mathematics for ten years and have tutored many elementary students in math as well. I won numerous educational awards for significant student academic progress and would like to help your child achieve great results too!

I received my degree in Biological Sciences and have taught students from pre-k through eighth grade throughout my educational career. I am passionate about the Sciences and I look forward to sharing this passion with your child.

I have taught mathematics for over ten years and consistently increase student performance each year. Many times, students enter my classroom below grade level but by the end of the year, they are all on or above grade level. I understand that all students learn best in different ways and it is important to craft lessons in a manner that will be most beneficial to each individual student. In addition to teaching students math in elementary and middle school, I have experience as an instructional coach of a school which allows me to master different strategies and help other teachers so that all students are able to be successful mastering the different math concepts.

I scored exceptionally well on the Elementary Content Knowledge exam, Fundamental Core Content exam, Middle School Science exam, and Middle School Mathematics Praxis exams. My experience teaching in the classroom, tutoring students outside of the classroom and studying instructional strategies that are most effective in the classroom provide me with a unique ability to assist others in preparing for the Praxis exam.
