Hello! I am currently a undergraduate at Virginia Commonwealth University. I am currently a biology major minoring in math. Some of the subjects I will be tutoring for are in the mathematics department. Math has been a subject that I have tutored in for several years now. Helping students in lower levels engage in maths. Not only that I have been tutoring my cousins at home for years now in science and math.
I have always liked working with younger kids and have found that those kids always excel in those areas. I have many types of techniques I use to help a student understand the material based on the students needs. Students I have worked with in the past have shown immediate improvements in their subject areas. My students will have to work hard in order to master their academic needs, but besides that I like to always keep the activities fun and engaging. We will both have fun in the learning environment and work to meet your academic goals. Besides helping others and learning I like to play basketball and go into the nature to explore.
