I've had the tremendous honor of educating students for more than 20 years, both in the classroom and, as an administrator. My passion and gift of identifying and understanding student needs, mapping out a plan for their learning, organizing strategies that can be easily applied, writing and work ethic, has been the secret sauce for my educational model. Students I've taught learned to "get out of their own way". In my experience, students have a desire to please and be perfect, especially when it comes to writing and reading. Being able to build confidence in areas of weakness, and, accelerate confidence in areas of strength. Each student is different, no two are the same. It's my job and my purpose to meet each of them, where they are, individually, and move them farther than where they started.
