I am a graduate nursing student attending Columbia University and residing in New York City. I am currently working towards getting my Doctorate in Nurse Practice, with the hope of becoming a nurse practitioner. Interacting with others, hearing their stories, and making a difference in others' lives, if only in a small way, is how I see myself living a fulfilling and meaningful life. I have had prior experience tutoring elementary-aged children through a volunteer program from 2016 to 2018. Areas we focused on in tutoring were reading, writing, spelling, and math.
