I have been teaching for five years. The first two years I worked as a substitute teacher in the Cincinnati Public Schools. The next three years I taught and tutored children and adults in Shanghai, China. Prior to teaching I was a professional writer for many years in cities including San Francisco, New York City and Washington, DC. I love working with children and helping them improve, so they can be successful in school and in life.
