Certified Tutor

My love for tutoring started in high school. I participated in a non-profit organization that reached out to local elementary schools and middle schools and would give interactive, creative lessons on neuroscience and STEM related topics. It was a lot of fun and we made a great impact, but what made it really memorable to me is how we would run into our old students and they would thank us for our help years later.

Outside of tutoring, I am a member of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets in Air Force ROTC with aspirations of becoming a Space Operations Officer. My hobbies include running (looking forward to my first marathon!) and cooking, even though I am pretty terrible at both.
