Certified Tutor

I have been in education for ten years, eight years as an English teacher and two years as an Academic Dean. I enjoy helping my students realize their potential while also pushing them to exceed those limits. I am a proponent of providing feedback and solutions to help students improve based on the feedback. I hold my students to high standards and I expect them to reach those standards. However, I also help set up a plan and path to help them reach those standards, because when I see the "light bulb" turn on in a student, I know that I have helped the student overcome an obstacle.
