I arrived at the United States in 2009 and my experiences as an Indian immigrant have impacted every aspect of my life. I truly believe education can change your life!! Without it, my family would still be living in poverty. Now, I am a student at JMU, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Pre-Physical Therapy. I have a lot of experience tutoring through my local National Honors Society and as a paid tutor to students with academic difficulties and learning disabilities. I am most passionate about writing, history, and science and do my very best to make it enjoyable for my students as well. If a student needs my help and is willing to do the work, I will go above and beyond to get them where they are needed. I never give up on a student as I understand how important it is for them to succeed.
