I am a clinical social worker, health coach, writer, and teacher with a love of learning and passion for helping students. I obtained my Master of Social Work Degree from UNC Chapel Hill and my Bachelors Degree from the University of Virginia. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors, photography, and traveling.
